Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order before it ships by emailing us at acecardsz727@gmail.com. Please submit your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. 

If purchasing pre order items or items that aren't currently in stock, the order will NOT ship until all items are in stock and in hand.

Please note, all cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% fee for in stock and pre-ordered items. If we cancel your order for any reason, you won’t be charged this fee.

Orders placed using third-party software or multiple accounts will be cancelled and charged the full 5% fee.

If your order has shipped and cannot be cancelled, do not open the package! Contact us before your package is delivered at acecardsz727@gmail.com to put in a return request. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and a 5% cancellation fee.
